WARNING!!! 

NextSTART 2.1 requires the VB5 (Visual Basic 5) Runtime files.

These are not included. If you do not have these files
( Msvbvm50.dll, Oleaut32.dll, Olepro32.dll, Stdole2.tlb, 
Asycfilt.dll, Comcat.dll ) on your system directory, or
if setup fails with an error message, please download
the VB5 runtime files from:

http://support.microsoft.com/download/support/mslfiles/msvbvm50.exe

NextSTART 2.1 uses Zip/Unzip -from the Info-ZIP group- to export/import themes
from zip files. There are no extra charges or costs due to the use of
this code, and the original compression sources are freely available from
http://www.cdrom.com/pub/infozip/ or ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/infozip/
on the Internet.

NextSTART 2.1 also uses Draw DLL for Windows 9x/NT, created by the KPD-Team 1999

INSTALLATION: To install this NextSTART upgrade,
please follow these directions.

1) If NextSTART is currently running please unload it.

2) Run Setup.exe and complete the installation.

3) If you have the file NextScrollBars.ocx in your \WINSTEP
     folder, please delete it. It is no longer used.

4) Have fun!
